The Person

  • As School Prefect, House Captain, House Prefect, and Captain of Boats at the prestigious Geelong Grammar School, it is apparent that James’ motivation, work ethic, and likability have been rewarded both by school officials and his peers through trusting him with so many important leadership positions.
  • James is acutely aware of the greater community and is an active participant in giving back. This is exemplified in his participation of over 50 hours of community service with organisations like the Salvation Army.
  • He is known by both his teachers and coaches as a young man who is honest, shows integrity, has high moral standards, and is some who strives to excel through courage and standing up to any challenge.
